Managing Director, Qualis Property Solutions
Ben is a Fellow of the RICS and has extensive leadership experience of working in executive and non-executive roles. This has been gained through a mix of roles in housing associations, charities and consultancy. He has significant experience of managing residential homes in the social housing sector context, including leading successful in-sourced maintenance services. Through innovation, Ben has transformed the customer experience in his previous organisations.
Head of Operations (Responsive)
Stuart joined us in September 2021 and has worked in social housing for over 25 years’, specialising in responsive repairs. He is committed to ensuring that every visit to our customers’ homes provides real value. The early part of his career saw him managing external contractors. Over the last 10-year Stuart has been a real advocator of delivering high quality services through in-house teams.
Head of Operations (Planned)
Maria joined Qualis in February 2022 to lead the delivery of the voids and planned element of our business. Her role also includes looking at new business opportunities and supporting the company’s growth agenda. Prior to this, she worked in the social housing sector for over 20 years where she gained extensive experience across a variety of service areas. Maria is a strategic leader who is passionate about people, focused on service delivery and change management. She enjoys learning and has a Masters degree in Housing Law from De Montford University.
Head of Customer Experience
Debbie has over 25 years’ experience working in customer focussed roles within a variety of sectors. Debbie moved into social housing 10 years ago, with a medium sized Housing Association based in Hertfordshire, before making the move to Qualis in July 2021. Debbie is passionate about working in the social housing sector and improving the experience our customers receive.
