EFDC Grounds Maintenance team transfers to Qualis Property Solutions

From Tuesday 2nd May 2023 Qualis Property Solutions will be responsible for delivering the grounds maintenance service to Epping Forest District Council and their current external clients.
The transfer will include 24 members of staff who under TUPE will move to Qualis. This will further develop Qualis Property Solution’s existing property solutions capability and allow the company to grow its external business.
Ben Johnson, Managing Director of Qualis Property Solutions explains further, “This transfer is part of our business plan, and we are delighted to welcome the new team members to Qualis. Over the next 12 months we will be exploring ways in which we can further develop and enhance the service.”
