Qualis Management introduces Live Chat to enhance its customer offering
Qualis Management has introduced Live Chat as part of its ongoing commitment to develop its customer service offering.
The Live Chat function forms part of the Amazon Connect software solution, which was introduced at the start of the year to modernise and improve its customer service centre platform.
Debbie Casey, Head of Customer Experience at Qualis Management explains, “We are really excited to introduce this feature to our website. Live Chat can be found on the home and contact us pages of our website and is available Monday to Friday from 10am to 4.30pm.
“Once a customer starts a chat their enquiry will go directly through to a Qualis Management advisor in our customer service centre, who will be able to assist them with their service request.
“We have introduced this function as we wanted to offer customers more modern ways to get in contact with us alongside the more traditional channels.”
